Net om te laat weet dat ons sweefrakke uiteindelik hul plek teen die muur gekry het - die wag was die moeite werd. Jou verpakking was puik en die afwerking het komplimente uitgelok van 'n andersins baie perfeksionistiese kritikus (ons baie vaardige "skrynwerker"). Nogmaals baie dankie vir puik diens en kwaliteit - sal bemarking doen vir jou hier in die Ook-Kaap waar moontlik. Voorspoed en baie sukses vorentoe.

I can only highly commend the excellent quality of Ode's products and service. We recently renovated our home after throwing the no-care tenants out and moving back. There was quite a lot of work to do and of all the service providers we had dealt with we were most satisfied with Ode. Your staff were friendly and helpful, the products arrived ahead of schedule and the quality is of international standard (ask me, I work for Department of International Relations and have lived on four different continents).We are currently saving up to place a further order for a server in our dining room.

Well! I thought I was going to have hours of installing 6 shelves and it was
going to be difficult and complicated. The whole process probably took less
than 1 hour while watching the Pro 20 cricket at the same time!!!
The instructions are clear and easy to follow and the idea of doing the
first hole and then checking levels for the second hole makes perfect sense
and works every time. The shelves themselves are fantastic and of a very
high quality, the effect they have created in our room is amazing and very
striking. I want to thank you for your assistance and congratulate you and
your staff on a very professional product and experience from beginning to
end. In today's world of bad service Ode is an example that it isn't
difficult to give VERY GOOD service just by taking pride in what you are
doing.

I’m amazed that you have managed to do the shelves so quickly, especially at this time of the year. We are having major problems here in Joburg with suppliers getting stuff to us on time- anything between 2 to 12 weeks! I’m really looking forward to installing them.
