I’m amazed that you have managed to do the shelves so quickly, especially at this time of the year. We are having major problems here in Joburg with suppliers getting stuff to us on time- anything between 2 to 12 weeks! I’m really looking forward to installing them. The product is such high quality and absolutely what I expected plus more. I have been wanting to take some pics to share with you on how great it looks in my custom configuration but have just not had the time unfortunately. Your showroom in Oranjezicht is brilliant, the lady is super accommodating and really good at rounding well thought out, engineered options which helped me make the right decision aswell as being sensitive to my pocket which I’m not used to from such a classy brand. That was brilliant!
Through the period of when my units were being manufactured, I was kept well informed and it was great! When I went to fetch the units, the lady that helped me and your Foreman were mind-blowingly accommodating and really friendly. They really took the time to talk to me and exchange more ideas!
Thank you ODE for creating fantastic quality products meeting more than my expectations and giving me such a fantastic experience!
