I’m amazed that you have managed to do the shelves so quickly, especially at this time of the year. We are having major problems here in Joburg with suppliers getting stuff to us on time- anything between 2 to 12 weeks! I’m really looking forward to installing them. Good morning Jan, I absolutely love your product and your people! From the beginning to the end you guys have been incredible! The product is such high quality and absolutely what I expected plus more. I have been wanting to take some pics to share with you on how great it looks in my custom configuration but have just not had the time unfortunately. Your showroom in Oranjezicht is brilliant, the lady is super accommodating and really good at rounding well thought out, engineered options which helped me make the right decision aswell as being sensitive to my pocket which I’m not used to from such a classy brand. That was brilliant!
Through the period of when my units were being manufactured, I was kept well informed and it was great! When I went to fetch the units, the lady that helped me and your Foreman were mind-blowingly accommodating and really friendly. They really took the time to talk to me and exchange more ideas!
Thank you ODE for creating fantastic quality products meeting more than my expectations and giving me such a fantastic experience!

Well! I thought I was going to have hours of installing 6 shelves and it was
going to be difficult and complicated. The whole process probably took less
than 1 hour while watching the Pro 20 cricket at the same time!!!
The instructions are clear and easy to follow and the idea of doing the
first hole and then checking levels for the second hole makes perfect sense
and works every time. The shelves themselves are fantastic and of a very
high quality, the effect they have created in our room is amazing and very
striking. I want to thank you for your assistance and congratulate you and
your staff on a very professional product and experience from beginning to
end. In today's world of bad service Ode is an example that it isn't
difficult to give VERY GOOD service just by taking pride in what you are
doing.

Net ‘n paar woorde om BAIE DANKIE te se vir die rakke. Alles het perfek hier aangekom, soos gehoop Vrydag voor die naweek en ek het dit reeds opgesit. Die instruksies was baie maklik. Ek bestel dalk binnekort nog so paar maar tot dan, sterkte met die besigheid.
