Net om te laat weet dat ons sweefrakke uiteindelik hul plek teen die muur gekry het - die wag was die moeite werd. Jou verpakking was puik en die afwerking het komplimente uitgelok van 'n andersins baie perfeksionistiese kritikus (ons baie vaardige "skrynwerker"). Well! I thought I was going to have hours of installing 6 shelves and it was
going to be difficult and complicated. The whole process probably took less
than 1 hour while watching the Pro 20 cricket at the same time!!!
The instructions are clear and easy to follow and the idea of doing the
first hole and then checking levels for the second hole makes perfect sense
and works every time. The shelves themselves are fantastic and of a very
high quality, the effect they have created in our room is amazing and very
striking. I want to thank you for your assistance and congratulate you and
your staff on a very professional product and experience from beginning to
end. In today's world of bad service Ode is an example that it isn't
difficult to give VERY GOOD service just by taking pride in what you are
doing.

Ons is baie beindruk met julle Suid-Afrikaanse web-tuiste. Ons het al allerhande goed deur die wereld gekoop en laat aflewer via die internet maar meestal oorsese web-tuistes. Die Suid-Afrikaanse tuistes wat on al probeer het, het dikwels nie na ons toe terug gekom nie of lank gevat en was onvriendelik om te gebruik.
Ek dink julle het die resep!
