I’m amazed that you have managed to do the shelves so quickly, especially at this time of the year. We are having major problems here in Joburg with suppliers getting stuff to us on time- anything between 2 to 12 weeks! I’m really looking forward to installing them. Well! I thought I was going to have hours of installing 6 shelves and it was
going to be difficult and complicated. The whole process probably took less
than 1 hour while watching the Pro 20 cricket at the same time!!!
The instructions are clear and easy to follow and the idea of doing the
first hole and then checking levels for the second hole makes perfect sense
and works every time. The shelves themselves are fantastic and of a very
high quality, the effect they have created in our room is amazing and very
striking. I want to thank you for your assistance and congratulate you and
your staff on a very professional product and experience from beginning to
end. In today's world of bad service Ode is an example that it isn't
difficult to give VERY GOOD service just by taking pride in what you are
doing.
